1. Introduction/Background

The Rwanda Young Water Professional (RYWP), is seeking qualified and reputable suppliers to provide Shovel with Handles to support ongoing field operations. This procurement is part of our broader effort to equip field teams with durable and effective tools for land preparation and environmental work.

1. Purpose of RFQ

The items to be supplied must meet the following specifications:

• Item Name: Shovel with Handle
• Material: Steel (metal) shovel head
• Handle: Strong, ergonomic wooden handle
• Use Case: Suitable for general digging, lifting, and soil handling in agricultural and restoration settings

Quality Requirements:

• Rust-resistant metal
• Durable and heavy-duty
• Comfortable grip for long working hours

2. Quantity

Please provide a quotation for the following:

3. Quotation Requirements

All interested suppliers are requested to submit quotations including the following details:

• Unit price per item (in RWF, VAT inclusive)

• Delivery timeline (number of calendar days after order confirmation)

• Validity of the quotation (minimum 30 days)
• Company profile or evidence of past supplies of similar tools

4. Evaluation Criteria
