Hub Overview
The capacity development and career guidance Hub is dedicated to the knowledge and skills development through mentorship and training of young professionals in water, land, and environment management tools and practices.
Objective
To facilitate the development of smart, creative and innovative ideas, ensure knowledge sharing, adapt to new skills /technologies, seek sustainable /affordable solutions in water resources & environmental management and add value to the organization.
Responsibilities and Roles
The Hub primary responsibilities include Career guidance and capacity building for YWPs and UR-YWP, to conduct capacity needs assessment of the team, development of capacity development plans, to deliver effective capacity building support and identification of training requirements.
